This card  was a winning pick at Can You Case It #112

It’s my colleagues birthday next week. She (and her daughters) likes the cards that I make with the Gorjuss Girls.
Here I used the stamp: On Top Of The World. I stamped the banner with the hardwood stamp first so it looks like the girl is sitting on a wooden bench.

April Showers Bring May Flowers

A lot of challenges have the theme: April Showers Bring May Flowers. Time to use the stamp: Gorjuss Puddles of Love.

The background is made with Distress Ink that I put on my craft sheet and misted with water. Than I swiped a panel of watercolor paper through the sprayed areas.
For the raindrops I used my handmade stamp (see picture below). First I stamped the raindrops with a light blue ink and than I added glossy accents with Dimensional Magic .
I also used the glossy accents on the boots, now they look like real yellow gumboots!

Na al die kleurtjes gooien we het over een andere boeg. Zwart wit. Deze kaart past dan ook in de Glitter n Sparkle Challeng # 125 Black and White. Omdat ik ook wat kant gebruik neem ik ook nog eens deel aan de challenge # 302 Luscious Lace van Creative Inspirations.

Zeemeermin

Speciaal voor mijn collega voor wie de zeemeermin-kaart haar favoriet was, nog een meermin kaart. Met deze kaart doe ik mee aan de Creative Inspirations challenge #300: Anything Goes + Option of a Sketch! Deze kaart heeft wat meer kleur dan de vorige. (Ik vind de CAS kaarten dan ook een hele uitdaging.) Deze uitdaging ligt me meer.

Especially for my colleague who liked the previous mermaid -card the most. With this card  I enter the Creative Inspirations challenge # 300: Anything Goes-Option or a Sketch! This card has more color than the previous one. (I find the CAS cards difficult  to make) This challenge is more my kind of style.

valentine foxes

Deze week staat alles in teken van valentijn. Ik vind de kleurencombinatie van Paper Pal Arts (PPA238) zo leuk dat hem nog eens wil gebruiken maar dit keer in combinatie met de CAS(E) this Sketch layout en het thema “love is in the air” van Creative Inspirations.

This week, everything is about Valentine. I like the color combination of Paper Pal Arts (PPA238) so much that wants to use him again but this time in combination with the CAS(E) this Sketch layout and the theme of “love is in the air” of Creative Inspirations.
